Boston Warehouse Trading Corporation (BWTC) is known within its industry as an innovative, growth oriented wholesaler of gift housewares. BWTC products are found in major chains, independent retail stores, and mail order catalogs. A staff of product designers develops up to 300 new concepts a year for the BWTC catalog, and more for third parties which include many of the most popular retail chains.
Peter Harris & Associates (PHA) enjoyed a close working relationship with BWTC from 1989-2007. During this time, PHA produced two or three catalogs every year, packaging, merchandisers, and a variety of other print materials. We even did some product development.
Because we worked on as many as 100 projects during peak periods, PHA developed and implemented a highly organized system of production management. Stringent quality control measures prevented errors and facilitated prepress and printing, much of which was done off-shore.
